Delbert Thomas, Brenda Thomas, and Delbert Thomas, Trustee for the Delbert Thomas Revocable Trust, (collectively referred to as plaintiffs) appeal a judgment establishing a roadway easement for purposes of ingress and egress over property plaintiff trustee owns. Plaintiffs were enjoined from barricading or impeding the roadway. Charles King 1 and Charlene King (defendant) were awarded an easement for travel over the roadway and were permitted “to construct, erect or maintain cattle guards or gates” at the terminal ends of the roadway easement.
