Shapiro Brothers, Inc. (Shapiro Brothers) appeals from the judgment granting the counterclaim of Jones-Festus Properties, L.L.C. (Jones-Festus) for trespass damages in the amount of $1,148 and for a permanent injunction against Shapiro Brothers from traversing Jones-Festus’ property.
