The plaintiff, Sullivan, was employed by defendant, United States Shipping Board Emergency Fleet' Corporation (hereinafter called Fleet Corporation), as a truck driver. He was injured on October 10, 1918, in the City of Philadelphia, while in the course of such employment. He filed a petition for compensation under the Workmen’s Compensation Act of 1915 (Act of June 2, 1915, P.
