This matter came on for hearing on the motion for summary judgment filed by Zeta Consumer Products Corp. (“Zeta”), as debtor-in-possession, to avoid certain alleged preferential transfers made to Equistar Chemicals, L.P. (“Equistar”), pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 547(b). In its complaint, Zeta alleges that two separate and distinct categories of transfers can be avoided.
