MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

This is a contract dispute. The plaintiff is an Italian company, which sells granite and marble. It supplied granite to the defendant, an American company that purchases granite for resale to builders, contractors, retailers, and others. The defendant began purchasing granite from the plaintiff in March 2003, but in 2008, things went awry.
