SULLIVAN, Judge:
Appellant was tried by a general court-martial composed of officer and enlisted members1 at Dyess Air Force Base, Texas, during August and September 1992. Despite his pleas of not guilty, he stands guilty before this Court of attempting to kidnap a 13-year-old female and taking indecent liberties with her, in violation of Articles 80 and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC §§ 880 and 934, respectively.
