SULLIVAN, Judge:

During the late fall of 1992, appellant was tried by a general court-martial composed of officer members at Wiesbaden and Frankfurt, Germany. Contrary to his pleas, he was found guilty of rape (3 specifications), committing indecent acts with a minor, and committing indecent acts with another (2 specifications),1 in violation of Articles 120 and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC §§ 920 and 934, respectively.
