Plaintiffs applied for an order holding the defendant in contempt of the injunctive provisions of a prior decree of this Court and for a further order adding to the scope of relief originally granted. On consent of the parties, the matter was referred to the Special Master who heard the testimony and reported in the original action, Honorable Simon H. Rifkind, for findings on the issues of law and fact raised by the application.
