Krell v. Krell Piano Co.

This action was instituted by the plaintiffs in the superior court of Cincinnati, seeking to set aside the sale of the assets of the *75defendant, The Krell Piano Company, to enjoin the carrying out of the sale, and the appointment of a receiver.
