Haslam v. Babcock

Tbis action was commenced by service of tbe summons and complaint on tbe defendant on December 7, 1939. Tbe plaintiff alleges that be is tbe owner of certain real estate described in tbe complaint and that tbe defendant during all of tbe time between September 1 and October 14, 1939, was the owner of thirty bead of cattle; that at various times between these dates defendant’s cattle trespassed upon tbe plaintiff’s land and destroyed a crop of millet and bay to the plaintiff’s damage in tbe sum of $50.
