OPINION
MARTHA HILL JAMISON, Justice.
This appeal is from the trial court’s determination that Tracy Gurka is the biological father of Shane Gurka. Shane allegedly drowned while at the residence of appellants Gloria Gurka and Eric Brock. 1 Tracy filed a wrongful death action against appellants. 2 Appellants contested Tracy’s standing to file such a claim, ie., whether he was Shane’s biological father.
