ORDER
SPARKS, District Judge.
Before the Court is Plaintiffs cause of action against Louis W. Sullivan, Secretary of Health and Human Services. Plaintiff seeks to have the Secretary’s decision to deny her disability and supplemental security income benefits reversed or, at least, to have the case remanded.
Pursuant to Title 28 of the United States Code, Section 636(b) and Rule 1(d) of Appendix C of the Local Rules of the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas, as amended, effective July, 1990, the Court assigned this case to Magistrate Judge Capelle on March 17, 1992…
