This is an action under section 205(g) of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 405(g). The plaintiff, Martha A. Bechtold (“Bech-told”), seeks judicial review of the final decision of the Commissioner of Social Security (the “Commissioner”) denying her application for a period of disability and disability insurance benefits.
