Plaintiff Thomson Martin (Martin) appeals the dismissal of his claim against defendant State Farm Fire and Casualty Company (State Farm) for breach of two insurance policies that State Farm had issued to him. Martin argues that the trial court erred in holding that neither policy required State Farm to defend him against claims made by third parties for the costs of remedying environmental contamination on property of which he had been a part owner. We affirm.
