On September 28, 2011, the Plaintiff Spread Enterprises, Inc., d/b/a Ola Brasil, individually and on behalf of all others similarly situated (“Spread” or the “Plaintiff’), commenced this action against First Data Merchant Services Corporation (“FDMS”), Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. (“Wells Fargo”), and Bankcard Brokers, Inc. d/b/a CoCard Systems of South Florida, LLC (“CoCard”).
