During the severe economic downturn of the last decade, Plaintiff David H. Parker fell behind in paying his home mortgage. Parker reached an agreement with the loan servicer, Defendant Bank of America (“BOA”), to modify his monthly mortgage payments; however, unbeknownst to Par*71ker, BOA did not implement the terms of the mortgage modification agreement for nearly two years.
