INTRODUCTION
Revlon Consumer Products Corp. (“Revlon”) filed a complaint against L’Oréal S.A. (“L’Oréal”), Cosmair Inc. (“Cosmair”), Cos-mair Canada, Inc.,1 Maybelline, Inc. (“May-belline”) and Maybelline Sales, Inc. (“May-belüne Sales”) (collectively “defendants”) alleging infringement of Revlon’s patented composition for transfer resistant üpstick.
