Defendant appeals from his conviction for unlawful possession of narcotic drug for which he received a two-year sentence. Defendant’s principal claim of error is the failure of the court to suppress evidence taken under a seareh warrant which defendant claims was defective and was executed in an unreasonable manner.

Paul Wood, a member of the Klamath Falls Police Department, had been operating as an undercover investigator in order to obtain evidence relative to drug use and possession in the area. For this purpose he wore a beard and long hair and used the fictitious name John Henderson.…
