Judgment reversed.
On September 25, 1890, Mary A. Jones and Robert Wilcox, and Susan and Jackson Wilcox by their next *422friend, all being children of Thomas L. and Nancy E. Wilcox, brought complaint against John E. Wallace for the west half of land lot 106 in the 18th district of DeKalb county. There was a verdict for plaintiffs, and defendant’s motion for new trial was overruled.
It appeared upon the trial that in October, 1868, one Bass deeded to Thomas L. Wilcox the undivided half of 1,225 acres of land in the 18th district of DeKalb county, including the east half of lot 106 and 130 acres of…
