MARTIN, Judge.
Defendant contends on appeal that the trial court committed reversible error by allowing the State’s motion to change the allegation of the bill of indictment relating to the date of the offense and by denying his motions for dismissal. He also assigns error to the admission of testimony by the prosecuting witness that defendant had had intercourse with her at a previous time. Finally, he contends, the court erred in sentencing him to the maximum permissible prison term for the offense.
