James McGrenera and Patricia and Stewart Duckworth move pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 24(a)1 to intervene in the Federal Trade Commission and Commonwealth of Virginia’s suit against an assemblage of companies, owned and operated by J. George Claveau, that sell or service vacation packages (collectively, these companies will be referred to as “Med Resorts”).2 Or, in the alternative, McGrenera and the Duckworths ask this Court to grant them relief from the receivership stay so that they can file separate actions…
