VAN ANTWERPEN, Circuit Judge.
Before us is an interlocutory appeal from an order denying Appellants’ motion to lift a stay of litigation which was entered pursuant to a receivership order. Appellants Leonard and Lynne Barrack (“the Barracks”) are attempting to bring claims against Acorn Technology Fund, L.P. (“Acorn”), Acorn Technology Partners, L.L.C. (“Acorn Partners”), and the Small Business Administration (“SBA”).
