In August 2008, relator, Toledo Bar Association, filed a complaint charging her with violations of the Code of Professional Responsibility and the Ohio Rules of Professional Conduct for inflating the billable hours for work she performed as a court-appointed attorney in the juvenile- and general-division courts in Lucas County.
