On a previous appeal, Kespohl v. The Northern Trust Company, 93 Ill.App.2d 211, 236 N.E.2d 268, we sustained the trial court in its holding that Mural Winstin had a valid attorney’s lien for legal services rendered under a contingent fee contract with the respondent Nancie Kespohl. Winstin then filed a petition in the trial court seeking payment thereof and upon hearing the court entered judgment for the petitioner in the sum of $19,341.78.
