The plaintiffs, Thomas and Mary Hannigan and Russell Matthews, appeal an order of the Superior Court (Smukler, J.) affirming the decisions of the Concord Planning Board (planning board) and Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) allowing the intervenor, Concord Country Club (club), to construct a golf course maintenance building and access way in residential districts abutting the plaintiffs’ properties.
