Ruediger H. Grimm, Ph.D., brings this petition for writ of certiorari seeking to vacate a decision of the New Hampshire Board of Examiners of Psychologists (board) revoking his psychologist certificate. The board’s decision was based on findings that Dr. Grimm violated the American Psychological Association Ethical Principles, and thereby acted unprofessionally within the meaning of RSA 330-A:14, 11(d), by engaging in sexual relations with the complainant.
