This is an appeal from a decree rendered in a suit brought to foreclose a mortgage.
After setting out the execution of the mortgage, and its non-payment when it became due and payable, the bill alleges that after it was executed the mortgagors sold the land to Netherwood and Barry, who assumed payment of the mortgage; that they afterwards sold an one-third interest to H. *239F.
