Helen Griffith, an infant, by her next friend, Bessie Griffith, instituted this action against M. H. Thackston and the *382Electrolux Corporation to recover damages for personal injuries received in an automobile accident. The Electrolux Corporation demurred to the evidence. The jury returned a verdict against both defendants. The trial court entered judgment on the verdict against M. H. Thackston, and sustained the demurrer to the evidence in behalf of the Electrolux Corporation. The plaintiff sought and obtained this writ of error to the judgment sustaining the demurrer.
