*613This is a suit for the adjudication of the regularity and validity of proceedings in connection with the organization of Union High School District No. 8, LinnBenton counties, Oregon, the selection of the board of directors thereof, a subsequent boundary change in said district, the selection of a site for the building of a union high school, and a bond issue for building purposes in the amount of $1,350,000.
