JOHNSON, Judge.

This is an action for 'injunction. It involves the reorganization of six 'school districts. It is brought by E. L. Kiner, a taxpayer and resident of Murphy School District No. 71, by He'rm'an' Mosolf,' a taxpayer and resident of Mtigford'-School District No. 93, by A. W1 McDonald, as a taxpayer’'and résident of School District No. 16, and by Ralph M.
