Joe Taylor, Jeff Mayben, Lecil Harrelson, Jeff Morris, John A. Calvert, David Putman, and Derreck Sherrill are firefighters employed by the City of Gadsden (“the City”). They filed this putative class action lawsuit against the City and Gadsden Mayor, Sherman Guyton, in his official capacity.
