This is an appeal from an order of a judge, sitting by designation in the Superior Court, dismissing a complaint for failure to post a bond.
The plaintiffs are a corporation with an office in ward 3 of Boston and six individuals who are general partners in Charles River Park “D” Company. The defendants are the board of appeal of Boston (the board) and the trustees of Government Center Realty Trust.
