Claimant and her husband were residents of Pittsburgh ; the latter died while in the employ of defendant corporation; his widow asked compensation on the ground that her husband’s death resulted from a sarcoma due to an accident which occurred during the course of his employment. The petition, heard by a referee at Pittsburgh, resulted in an award in her favor; but, on appeal, the workmen’s compensation board, against the protest of claimant, ordered a hearing de novo at Philadelphia.
