This appeal is from a judgment by the lower court in a special proceeding in which appellants petition for an order for the substitution of attorneys and the delivery of all papers and documents in an action wherein John S. Hudson sued appellants to recover damages in the sum of $220,000 for fraud in connection with a real estate transaction. The petition for substitution was filed on December 2, 1933, heard on January 2, 1934, and the judgment entered on January 5, 1934.
