Appellants-defendants Fillmore LLC and Innotek, Inc. appeal the trial court's judgment in favor of the appellee-plaintiff Fillmore Machine & Tool Company (Fillmore). They claim that the trial court erred: (1) in not finding that an agreement existed for the sale of certain equipment and real estate by Fillmore to Fillmore LLC; (2) in concluding that the integration clause in a business operation agreement precluded a finding of other, unrelated contracts between Fillmore LLC and Fillmore; (8) in determining that the statute of frauds precluded the enforcement of an…
