Plaintiffs, Radomir Holasek, Miriam Ho-laskova (husband and wife), Nikola Holas-kova (Radomir and Miriam’s minor daughter), and Lucyna Grzenda filed a complaint for mandamus and declaratory relief against defendants, the Department of Justice, the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS), District Director Brian Perryman, and United States Attorney General Janet Reno seeking: to compel defendants to adjudicate their applications for adjustment of status; to declare defendants’ failure to timely adjudicate and complete their applications…
