FINDINGS OF FACT, CONCLUSIONS OF LAW, AND ORDER
FUSTE, District Judge.
The United States filed this action to quiet title to a parcel of land of 41.085 cuerdas which forms part of the Caribbean National Forest, also known as El Yunque, located in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico. The parcel in question, hereinafter referred to as tract No. 17, forms part of a land acquisition made by the United States of America, Department of Agriculture, on August 23, 1938, hereinafter also referred to as tract No. 13.
