Cafe Apollo Co. v. Anselm

This cause is before us for the second time. On a prior appeal (Cafe Apollo Co. v. Anselm, 47 Cal.App. 2d 151 [117 P.2d 691]) this court reversed a judgment in favor of plaintiff. Reference is made to the case just cited for a statement of the factual background which gave rise to this litigation. The second trial resulted in judgment for the defendant, from which plaintiff now prosecutes this appeal.
