OPINION

ROBINSON, Judge:

This matter is before the court upon the parties’ briefs and oral argument with respect to the amount of constructive service to which plaintiff is entitled under applicable statutes and Air Force regulations as a result of this court’s prior Opinion issued March 2, 1989. In that prior Opinion, this court held that plaintiff had been illegally separated from active duty as a Reserve officer and that he was entitled to reinstatement in the rank of major to active duty as of June 26, 1975.1 For the reasons which follow, the court finds that plaintiff under such statutes…
