MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Defendant, Zubair Kazi, is the founder, Chairman, and CEO of Kazi Foods, Inc. Prior to a recent bankruptcy, four Kazi *947franchisees1 operated 142 KFC restaurants. Kazi signed a guaranty agreement for each restaurant (“the Guaranties”). KFC Corporation (“KFCC”) and KFC U.S. Properties (“KFC USP”) seek to collect various debts allegedly covered by the Guaranties (collectively, “Plaintiffs”).
