In this contract case for royalties allegedly due, defendants Richard Bearden, Robert Bearden, and J.M. Bearden, individually and d/b/a Bearden Fish Farms (collectively referred to as “the Beardens”) appeal the grant of summary judgment for Nicolas M. Patton, the plaintiff.
