OPINION AND ORDER

STEIN, District Judge:

Plaintiff Mehmet Perezic brought this action, originally pro se, in November of 1994 pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., as well as 42 U.S.C. §§ 1981 et seq., claiming that he was “treated differently” than other employees and terminated by defendants because of his national origin. (Complaint, ¶¶ 9-10.) More specifically, he claims that he was discriminated against because he is not Hispanic and does not speak Spanish. (Complaint, ¶ 9.)
