MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER

BARRINGTON D. PARKER, Jr., District Judge.

Plaintiff George Watson, Jr. commenced this action against Dominican College and the Deron School alleging violations under the Fourteenth Amendment, 42 U.S.C. §§ 1981, 1983,1985,1986, 1988 and various New York and New Jersey laws, 1 for discrimination on the grounds of his race, sex and disability. The defendants now move to dismiss the amended complaint pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6) for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted.
