OPINION

VOSS, Judge.

The issue in this appeal is whether the duty expressed in Ontiveros v. Borak, 136 Ariz. 500, 667 P.2d 200 (1983), Brannigan v. Raybuck, 136 Ariz. 513, 667 P.2d 213 (1983), and A.R.S. § 4-244(14) is broad enough to proscribe a liquor licensee from indirectly providing alcoholic beverages to intoxicated persons. We resolve the issue in the affirmative.
