Plaintiffs Jacqueline Young, Latheda Wilson, and Deaf-REACH filed suit on May 7, 2013, against the District of Columbia Housing Authority (“DCHA”) alleging that DCHA violated Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), and the Fair Housing Act (“FHA”) by failing to make its program accessible to people with disabilities, specifically, hearing disabilities.
