|!Appellant Robert G. Zepeeki, DVM, appeals from a decision of the circuit court, which affirmed in part and modified in part a decision by the Arkansas Veterinary Medical Examining Board (the Board). The Board imposed sanctions against Dr. Zepeeki for violating two of the Board’s regulations, and the sanctions included suspension of Dr. Zepecki’s license for two months, a civil penalty of $6000, and the requirement that Dr. Zepeeki complete 15 hours of continuing veterinary education.
