Defendants-appellants, Anthony J. Cartellone and Louis Gior-dano (hereinafter Cartellone and Gior-dano, respectively), were indicted on three counts of felonious assault under R.C. 2903.11. Giordano moved for a separate trial on February 2,1981, which the court overruled. Following a waiver of their right to a trial by jury, appellants were tried together to the court. On March 5,1981, the court found appellants guilty on all three counts, and sentenced them to a term of two to fifteen years on each count, the sentences to run concurrently.
