Defendant-appellant Derrick Phillips appeals, from his conviction and sentence following a jury trial on five counts of felonious assault, in violation of R.C. 2903.11(A)(2), with a firearm specification. The trial court sentenced Phillips to six to fifteen years on counts one and two, and seven to fifteen years on count three, to be served concurrent with each other. Phillips was sentenced to seven to fifteen years on counts four and five, to be served consecutive to each other and concurrent with counts one, two and three.
