Appellants William J. and Kay L. Hem-pel challenge the district court’s grant of summary judgment to respondents Creek House Trust and Judith Anna Ingemann on appellants’ claim for “specific perform ance/breach of contract/damages” and their request for a declaratory judgment, arguing that (1) the district court incorrectly determined that their claim of breach of a right-of-first-refusal agreement was barred by the six-year limitations period in Minn.Stat. § 541.05, subd. 1 (1992); and (2) they were entitled to a declaratory judgment clarifying the current status of…
