This appeal1 is from the unreported decision of the Patent Office 'Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) granting appellee’s *1302motion to strike portions of appellant’s pleadings in an opposition2 and two cancellations,3 all of which were consolidated below and all. of which present the same issues.4 We modify and remand.
